We offers our community IXP as well, also we have support BGP Sessions over your VM instances.
Regards to IPv6 Transit, we have corporation with TOHU Public Internet AS140731, that's mean your BGP Session will connect with AS140731, but IPv6 Transit Traffic is not limit to your products traffic (cuz based on IIX Peering LAN)
Regards to IPv4 Transit, we do manually filter with your Session, so before you connecting to us, please provide LOA / RPKI with your prefixes and make us know what prefixes you want to make announcement.
