We wish to inform you of an important update to our Email Port Policy, effective immediately. This policy is in place to ensure the highest quality and stability of our email services.

Default Port Blocking: Due to a history of misuse, we have now defaulted to blocking email ports 25 and 465. This measure is essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our services.

Conditional Port Enabling: Understanding the necessity of these ports for some users, we are prepared to enable them under strict conditions. Eligible users must commit to not misusing the service and should have at least three months remaining on their current plan. A one-time setup fee of £30 will be charged for this service.

Usage Policy Compliance: It is imperative to note that even with the ports enabled, our usage policy strictly prohibits the sending of marketing, advertising, spam, or any form of abusive emails. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate closure of the email ports, and the setup fee will not be refunded.

Reapplication for Ports Closed Due to Abuse: If an email port is closed due to abusive usage, and a user wishes to have it reopened, specific conditions must be met. The user’s plan must have at least six months remaining. Furthermore, a one-time setup fee of £40 will be charged for the reactivation of these ports.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies, which are designed to ensure a secure and efficient service for all our users.
